COVID-19 DRCS Updates


Updated April 6:

The state announced that the school closure is now for the remainder of the 19-20 school year. We will share additional guidance about how these new developments at the state level will impact Deep Roots families and the Deep Roots calendar as soon as we have more information. Below you can find our Continuity of Education Plan as well.

Attn: Parent and/or Guardian of students who have received acceptance letters for the 20-21 school year.

Due to unforeseen challenges with the completion of student enrollment for the upcoming school year, we are modifying the process to best accommodate our families. We truly thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate new norms for enrollment around the global pandemic. By the end of next week, you can expect a physical copy of the student registration with a pre-paid return envelope. Completed student registration packets along with copies of supporting documents must be postmarked by Friday,May 22nd. If you have already digitally submitted your child’s registration material, you will have to re-submit.  We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. If there are any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to Ms. Kye at or (267) 225-0501 or Ms. Cindy or (267) 625-2809.
